The App

Our free smartphone and tablet app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can also use our Web App on a desktop computer or tablet by logging into the Lightwave website at any time.

Additionally, a demo option on the app is available for you to explore and familiarise yourself with the various features.

Link Plus

The Lightwave Link serves as the central hub for the entire system, allowing for seamless communication between our app and a range of Lightwave devices including dimmers, sockets, relays, and heating devices. Whether you're at home or away, the app can connect with the Link Plus through Wi-Fi or cellular networks such as 3G, 4G, and 5G. Setting up the Link Plus is easy - simply plug it into your Wi-Fi router using an ethernet cable, and you'll be able to detect the hub through the app and begin your Lightwave journey.

Customers may choose between two versions of the redesigned Link Plus hub - the L2 and the LP2. Both versions offer the same functionality, but the L2 is also compatible with our previous range of products, the connect series. If you are a connect series user looking to control these products through the smart series app, please select the L2 hub. We offer a comprehensive selection of smart products to enhance your home technology, ranging from dimmer switches and power sockets to heating controllers and relays for various applications.
