Using Home and Away

Home and Away are default events that are in the app automatically. They will tie in further in the future with our new heating products which will have the options to allow the user to go 'Home' or 'Away' and their heating will adjust as necessary.

Currently, these are used as 'quick' access for users to run an event which can occur when you come home, and an event when you leave. This could, for example, run your lights to go on when you arrive home, then a few minutes later put your kettle on.

Similarly, when you press Away, it might trigger the lights to turn off, then on again a random time later to 'simulate occupancy'.
