My Link Plus is not connecting to Apple HomeKit

If your LightwaveRF Link Plus hub is not connecting to Apple HomeKit, follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.
🔍 Step 1: Verify Network Compatibility
For a successful connection, both the Link Plus and your iPhone must be connected to the same local network and subnetwork.

Download the Discovery - DNS-SD Browser app: 
 Download from App Store
- 
Open the app and look for your Link Plus in the list. 
- 
If it’s not listed, tap on _hap._tcp to expand the HomeKit accessories. - 
Your Link Plus should appear here if everything is set up correctly.

⚠️ If the Link is not visible in the Discovery app, check your router settings and ensure there are no guest networks or subnet restrictions separating your devices.
🔁 Step 2: Reset the HomeKit Chip
If the Link Plus still isn’t showing up or connecting:
