How do I sign up for Lightwave PLUS?

Simply visit https://lightwaverf.com/lightwave-plus-benefits/ and choose the membership you wish to sign up to

How does the billing cycle work?

If you signed up for our monthly membership you will be charged monthly from the date you signed up on.

For example; if you signed up on the 5th, you will be charged on the 5th of every month until you decide to cancel.

The same principle applies to our annual membership, if you signed up on the 5th of January 2021, you will be charged on the 5th of January every year until you decide to cancel.

How do I cancel my membership?

Simply email us at PLUS@lightwaverf.com stating both your name and email.

What happens when I cancel my membership?

You will keep your Enhanced System Features and all of the benefits of your subscription until the end of the billing period. After this period you will lose these benefits.

For example: If you signed up for a monthly membership on the 5th of January 2021, and cancel on the 6th of January 2021, your subscription will expire on the 5th of February 2021.

The same principle applies to our annual membership. If you signed up on the 5th of January 2021, and cancel on the 6th of January 2021, your subscription will expire on the 5th of January 2022.

How do I use my reward points?

Simply visit https://shop.lightwaverf.com/pages/lightwave-plus-member-login-portal, click on the voucher which you wish to redeem.

Our reward service is temporarily unavailable through our sight, to redeem points please get in touch through 0121 250 3625 (ext1)

How do I access my Enhanced System Features in the app?

Once you have signed up for one of the memberships (either annual or monthly), your features will be automatically unlocked in the Lightwave app.

I am unable to access my Enhanced System Features

Please check that you have updated your app to the latest version and that each device is updated to the latest firmware. To do this please click here

My login and password are not working after signing up to Lightwave PLUS

If you have an existing account on our website you may experience issues signing in. To prevent fraud, if somebody signs up who has an existing account their login and password will remain the same as previous (it will not change to the details entered when signing up for Lightwave PLUS).

To reset your password please click forgot password on our store login page.
