LED on smart/plug-in dimmer is not lit |
- No load is connected to channel 1 (master)
- LED has stopped working

- Ensure there is a dimmable load (lamps installed) on the channel 1 circuit
- Seek replacement if faulty
|
App shows as paired but device does not respond |
- Not paired
- Out of range
- RF interference
|
- Clear the memory and attempt to re-pair - How to clear the memory
- Move Lightwave Link closer to the device
- Avoid positioning the Link or dimmer near any water or metal objects
Note: the dimmer will need to flash blue after pairing mode as this confirms it has paired successfully

Lights are flickering/strobing/pulsing at any dim level/lower dim level |
- Incompatible lamps
- Insufficient load on the circuit
|
- Increase wattage on the circuit and see if flickering stops
- Choose lamps from our compatibility chart that we have tested - LED Compatibility Charts
- If flickering gets worse when the dimming level gets lower, change this setting on the dimmer channel - How to adjust lower dim level
