How to add another Link plus hub to your account and Manage locations

The purpose of adding a second link plus hub to your account is so that you have the ability to control more than one property from one single app log-in.

To add an additional link plus hub to your account please follow the below instructions.

Go to 'Settings' tab and select 'Account'

Select 'Set up a new Link Plus'

You now need to Name your locations

Before you set up a new Link Plus hub you need to create a name for the existing location (Link Plus hub) and you will also need to create a name for the New location which you will be adding the new link plus hub to.

We'll then use the names in the app to make it easier when wanting to switch between the two locations.

Once you have named your locations press 'SAVE' and you will be directed to the below page where you will need to press 'LINK'

The app will start scanning for other links on the same network - once found please select the new link plus hub (check the cloud number matches the link details).

The link will start flashing Blue at this point you will need to press the physical link button on the hub to complete the set up

Please note if auto scan does not find the hub please select 'Add your link manually'

You will be able to switch between link plus hubs/locations from the 'Settings tab' then select 'Account' then go to 'Locations'

Select the location that you would like to control

SELECT EDIT in the top right if you wish to rename a location - (Tap on the location name to do this)

OR

You can Delete unwanted Locations by swiping LEFT and tapping on DELETE

For security purposes, you will be asked to type in your password in order to remove the unwanted location and press OKAY
