How do I return a product?

Orders placed directly through Lightwave can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in a resaleable condition.

If your item was purchased from Amazon or any other authorised retailer, you must contact that retailer directly to process a return or refund — provided your purchase is still within their 30-day return window.

Please note: eBay private sellers are not classed as official Lightwave resellers. As a result, purchases made through eBay private sellers are not covered by the Lightwave warranty, and buyers must contact the seller directly for any return or refund queries.

Items that develop a fault may be replaced or repaired under our 2-year warranty. To make a warranty claim, please submit a support ticket below.
