How do I return a product?

Orders placed through Lightwave are eligible for a return within 30 days for a refund, providing the items are unused and in a saleable condition.

If purchased from Amazon or any other retailer and you want to process a return/refund  then you must contact the place of purchase directly if your item is still within the 30 days purchase window,

 eBay private sellers are not classed as official resellers, therefore the warranty would not be validated and the buyer must contact the seller directly

Items that are faulty can be replaced under the 2 year warranty
