A password reset is typically required if you're unable to log in or have forgotten your current password. It can also serve as an added layer of security if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account. Before resetting, you may need to verify your identity—follow the steps in this article for guidance.
1. Select Settings in the bottom right of your screen on the app:
2. Select Account at the top of the settings page:
3. Select Logout:
4. Select Sign in:
5. Select Forgot Password:
6. Please Type in your Email address associated with your Lightwave account and press the Reset button:
After entering your email address and clicking the reset button, you'll receive a password reset link in your inbox shortly. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam, other, or promotions folders.
