How to add Connect Series devices to the Lightwave Link Plus app.

Setting up your Lightwave Connect Series device using the Lightwave Link Plus app is just as simple as pairing a Smart Series device. Follow the steps below to connect your device in minutes.

✅ Step-by-Step Pairing Instructions

1. Open the Lightwave Link Plus App

2. Tap the Green Plus (+) Button
   Located at the centre of the home screen.

   

3. Select “Devices”
   From the available options.

   

4. Choose “Link Connect Series Device”

   
   

   1. Select Your Device Type
      Choose the correct category and device model you’re pairing.

      

5. Name Your Device
   Assign a custom name for easy identification within the app.

   

6. Tap “Next"

   

7. Put the Device into Linking Mode

   •  Dimmers: press and hold top and bottom buttons together, the device will flash between amber & blue for multi-gang dimmers you will need to pair each gang individually 
     
     Sockets:   press and hold the button the device will flash between amber & blue for 2 gang (double) sockets, you will need to pair the other side after
     
     Relays: press and hold the button the device will flash Green for LW821 ,amber for LW825 & Amber/Blue for LW831/830
     
     Heating Devices: Press and hold the link button on the left hand side of the device, the LW921 Thermostat will display Link, the LW934 will flash between amber/green
     
     

8. Tap “Link” in the App

1. • When your device is in learning mode, tap “Link” to initiate the pairing process.

• The app will confirm once the device is successfully linked, however, the device will also flash rapidly, if this does not happen you will have a "Ghost device"

• If you're device has linked but is not working please put the device into linking mode again and turn the "ghost device" on in the Lightwave app, the device will flash rapidly to confirm it's linked.
