How to hard reset a Lightwave connect series dimmer

Connect Series Dimmers (discontinued range)

1. Press and hold both the ‘ON’ and ‘OFF’ buttons on the appropriate dimmer channel until the blue and amber LEDs flash alternately, indicating that the dimmer switch has entered learning mode.

2. Press and hold the ‘OFF’ button on the dimmer channel you wish to clear until the blue and amber LEDs flash together, then quickly tap the ‘OFF’ button again; the amber LED will flash to indicate that the memory has been successfully cleared.
