If you have a Link1 (LW930 or LW500) and want to change your username or email address:
- simply log in to the web app and do the changes under Account's Settings :
If you have a Link Plus (L2):
- You need to log out from the app
- Create a new account
- Register the new email address with the cloud
- once logged in you will be able to see all your previous devices and setup
- Now contact the technical support team and we will be able to remove your unwanted username
