What is the Home or Away Button (LW929)?

This device works by using Link Plus automations to trigger a number of devices around the home. There are two buttons (Home and Away), which can be setup so that when pressed, a number of actions will happen.

When the device has been added to the link plus app you will need to set up x2 "IF DO" automations,  one for the Home button and one for the away button

Here are some examples:

• When HOME button pressed, switch on all lights in the home
• When AWAY button pressed, switch off all devices in the home
• When AWAY button pressed, switch off all lights apart from 1 room (to simulate occupancy/comfort pet)
• When HOME button pressed, switch lounge lights on after a delay of 2 minutes

To put the device into pairing mode, remove the batteries and re-insert. The LEDs will flash between red and green.

To clear the memory (in the event that it cannot pair), hold the away button (LEDs will flash), release and hold again (LEDs will flash faster), release and tap once.

Please note this device works with the Link Plus (L2) ONLY and will not work with the Connect Series Link.
