COMMON QUERIES WITH SOCKETS

ISSUE	CAUSE	SOLUTION
LED on unit is not lit	Faulty device	Seek replacement
App shows as paired but device does not respond	Not paired Out of range RF interference	Clear the memory and attempt to re-pair - How to clear the memory Move Lightwave Link nearer to the device Avoid positioning the Link or socket near water or metal objects Note: the socket will need to flash blue after pairing mode as this confirms it has paired successfully
