Orders placed through Lightwave are eligible for a return within 30 days for a refund, providing the items are unused and in a saleable condition.
Items that are faulty can be replaced under the 2 year warranty.
AMAZON and other Retailer's Purchase
- If your Lightwave products were purchased from Amazon or any other retailer and you want to process a return/refund then you must contact the place of purchase directly if your item is still within the 30days purchase window. If your item is outside the 30days and you have your proof of purchase then simply contact us and Submit a Ticket .See below.
In order to return a product to us that is either faulty or unwanted, please submit a support ticket below, including the following pieces of information:

- Postal address
- Contact number
- Proof of purchase
- Items to be returned
- Reason for return
