NOTE : Our Return/Repair department will be shut from 16th December due to festive and holiday season . We will be accepting Returns and Repairs from 4th January 2021. If you urgently need the product, Please purchase it directly from us (Online or calls) and we can then issue you a refund later when the faulty item is received.
When services do resume as normal, we will be happy to honour all returns under warranty terms. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and we aim to continue supporting customers as much as possible.
Orders placed through Lightwave are eligible for a return within 30 days for a refund, providing the items are unused and in a saleable condition.
Items that are faulty can be replaced under the 2 year warranty.
In order to return a product to us that is either faulty or unwanted, please submit a support ticket below, including the following pieces of information:
- Full name
- Postal address
- Contact number
- Proof of purchase
- Items to be returned
- Reason for return
Please give specific details relating to your query, such as lamps/bulbs (quantity, wattage and model).
Our technical team may get in touch if more information is required. Once the return has been created, you will receive an email confirmation.
