LED on unit is not lit

Faulty device

Seek replacement

LED flashes red when trying to put into pairing mode

Memory is full

Clear the memory and attempt to re-pair

Note: the socket will need to flash blue after pairing mode as this confirms it has paired successfully

Device does not pair and LED does not flash blue (it remains red and blue)

Out of range from Link Plus
Link Plus not connected

Move Link Plus nearer
Check to ensure Link Plus shows a solid green light
