If you have a Connect Series Socket and Relays:

1. Hold the manual button for ~5 seconds until the LED blinks to indicate it is in learning mode

2. Release the button

3. Hold the manual button for ~5 seconds until the LEDs blinks rapidly

4. Release the button

5. Press (not hold) the button while the LEDs are blinking rapidly

6. The sockets memory has been reset

If you have one of the basic plug-in sockets (LW380), you can send an 'all off' command from the Lightwave app when the plug-in is in pairing mode (flashing red light). 

If you have a Smart Series Socket (please delete the device in the app first):

1. Hold the manual button for ~5 seconds until the LED blinks to indicate it is in learning mode

2. Release the button

3. Hold the manual button for ~5 seconds until the LEDs blinks rapidly in RED.

4. The sockets memory has been reset
