The Web app is only compatible with Gen1 Link.

In order to use the app to control all your LightwaveRF devices, you must have the Lightwave Link (LW930 or LW500).

Connect the Link directly into your internet router till the unit goes into a solid green state.

Go to the web app : https://manager.lightwaverf.com

Press on "New User?"

Insert your details and the last all  characters of the MAC address (can be found on the base of your link) , hit "Register Account" and follow the instruction on the app till your Lightwave Link starts flashing green.

Now hit the big button on your Lightwave link till it goes solid green, now you should be able to log in to the app
