Generation 1 devices

1) Hold the manual button/s until the LED indicator light/s flash and then release

2) Hold down the button/s once more until the LED/s flash rapidly and then release

3) Tap (don't hold) the button; the LED/s will flash more slowly to confirm that the memory has been cleared.

Generation 2 devices

1) Hold the manual button/s until the red LED flashes slowly and then release

2) Hold down the button once more until the red light flashes rapidly and release

3) The device should then be reset
